Sue set up IDT in 2018 following a career in professional services during which she trained as a Chartered Director and was appointed to a number of client company boards.
She had a rapid introduction to the world of employee ownership having utilised her experience of heading trust companies, and leading a global product development team, to implement a new employee ownership trust for a client in Hertfordshire.
Sue acts as a board director, an independent trustee and an EO Pathway lead, as well as continuing to share her knowledge in books, articles, knowledge sharing sessions and workshops particularly on the topics of good governance, the role of the director, organisational design and leadership.
Our services are delivered by professionals accustomed to acting at board level and open to sharing their experience both formally and informally as directors and trustees.
Your contract is with IDT, through which you appoint a named director or trustee, or engage with us to provide associated services, such as our EO Pathway. Under the same contract you can draw on the expertise and knowledge of the full team, appointing individuals to additional roles or projects as, when and if you have further requirements.
Equally, our team members benefit from the shared experience of their colleagues, as well as the administrative support and legal framework provided by IDT.
We are a professional service firm, not a recruitment firm. You contract with us to provide services that are tailored to your needs so they will evolve to meet your changing requirements.
Our close collaboration with our clients ensures we fully benefit from each other's knowledge and expertise to achieve the best results. It's the underlying ethos of our business and services
