OUR BOARD SERVICES
We are appointed to the boards of UK incorporated companies providing independence of thought, aligned to collegiate working focused on organisational success.
All companies incorporated in England & Wales are registered with Companies House and must appoint at least one named director to their board.
UK company law applies equally to all companies and their directors, no matter their shareholder structure, legal form, size, purpose, sector or financial standing.
All directors must maintain professional standards and adhere to the requirements of the UK Companies Act 2006, including acting in the best interests of the companies on which they are appointed.
We can provide a named director to support the aims of your UK company and deliver effective governance. Our services are sector agnostic and tailored to meet your needs, as well as those of UK legislation.

Unlike a stand-alone NED, you have the benefit of a pool of directors supporting the individual appointed to your board.

We recognise that the board of your UK company may not always be the one making strategic decisions, whether it is a subsidiary company, a company set up for a specific purpose or one that has a strategy and is looking to enhance its delivery through a new board appointment. We work with you to identify how much, or little, involvement you need from us, whilst balancing this with our director responsibilities.
How we work with you
We are not a recruitment firm, we contract direct with you to provide a named director to be appointed to your board of directors.
Our fees are based on an annual responsibility fee incorporating core annual board meetings, plus activity fees for any additional work. Significant work is agreed with you prior to being commenced so that you can keep close focus on costs and activity.
Our directors support their own continuing professional development and maintain their knowledge of governance and director level responsibilities, bringing that knowledge and expertise to their role on your board.
